It is time to celebrate Earth Day! Help make our coastline and park a cleaner, happier place for humans, plants, and animals, and become part of the solution to pollution. Please join us for Coastal & Inner Coastal Cleanup Day! This is a day where we come together as a community to clean our beach and park. Group volunteers are welcome (please email site supervisor to register a group).  

Volunteer efforts contribute to Beach nourishment and aid environmental restoration by providing a safe habitat for various species such as birds, shellfish, and sea turtles.

Details

  • Is Family Friendly
  • Is Outdoors
  • Bring a reusable 3 or 5 gallon bucket
  • Bring trash pickers
  • Bring reusable gloves (gardening or dish cleaning ones work well)
  • Bring a reusable water bottle
  • Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes, a hat, and sunscreen
  • Free parking with registration confirmation (must show parking attendant)
