Grow HB is a community volunteer program supporting outdoor and open space projects. It welcomes community members, organizations, and service groups to participate in projects of all sizes—from single-day efforts to ongoing commitments. Grow HB connects volunteers to opportunities to care for their community through tiered volunteer levels, ranging from individual helpers to larger groups.

Tier II: Sapling
Support growth with hands-on projects that expand your impact, such as Scout achievement projects.
Tier III: The Grove
“Friends of” Groups, High School Clubs, Businesses, and Staff-driven events where volunteers work together to make a difference in limited timeframes.
Tier IV: Mighty Oak
Larger, organized groups, who partner with the City through a Memorandum of Understanding and take on major projects.
Tier V: Grand Redwood
Elite donors supporting parks and projects city-wide. Sponsorship levels include: Silver Spruce ($25,000), Golden Cedar ($50,000), and Platinum Sequoia ($100,000)
